How Doe Your Delivery Policy Look Like?

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. For countries outside of the EU the orders are shipped with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax upon receiving your package.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We aim to send out all orders the next business day after being placed. However we cannot guarantee the delivery times are exact, but below are guidelines for shipping details:

Sweden: 2-5 business days

Rest of EU: 3-7 business days

US & Canada: 3-7 business days (5-8 for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico)

Asia: 4-8 business days

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do but please be aware about delivery days may wary and that you package will be delivered by the following

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) within EU

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) outside of the EU

How do I Place an Order?

Go to the product you find interesting in our SHOP and add the relevant products into the CART. When you are satisfied with the selection, go to checkout for details of payment and delivery

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

One-time buy: No, you don’t need to sign up for an account. However, you can sign up to easily place new orders later.

Subscription: Yes, you need to sign up for an account to be able to administrate your subscription.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you realise you want to change your order after placing it, please contact us on [email protected] as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the change will be possible, it depends on the status of the order and stock availability.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What Happens If I Have Not Retrieved My Package From The Access Point In Time?

If you have not picked it up in time before it get’s sent back to us, we will charge you €15 for the administration and shipping cost. You can read more about the terms and conditions.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you want to return your order you must to contact our customer service on [email protected]. We have a return policy of 14 days and you can read more about the terms and conditions. Please note that any shipping costs and a € 5 administrative fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Subscription &  My Account

How do I place an Subscription Order?

Go to the product bundle you find interesting in our SUBSCRIPTION menu and add the relevant product bundles into the CART. When you are satisfied with the selection, go to checkout and register for an account and set your details of payment and delivery.

Do I Need an Account to Place a Subscription Order?

Yes, you need to sign up for an account to be able to administrate your subscription.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Subscription Order?

You can administrate your subscription when you are logged in to your account.
